This chicken and cabbage soup is easy to make and so delicious! This simple yet delicious soup is always welcome on a chilly evening.
1/2 head cabbage
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
1/2 medium sweet yellow onion
6 cups water
1. Thinly slice onion and cabbage.
2. Put everything into the pot to boil until chicken is cooked through.
3. Cube or shred chicken into bite sized pieces. Return to pot.
4. Serve with a sprinkle of paprika.
