Mango - 1, peeled & diced
Banana - 1
Flax seeds - 1 Tbsp, grounded
Ginger root - 5g
Water - 3 Cups
1. Peel the avocado and remove the core.
2. Peel and chop the banana.
3. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
4. Serve in a glass & enjoy.
