Banana-Chocolate Soy Smoothie

1 Cup Strawberries
1 Pc Banana
¾ Cup Plain Yogurt
¼ Cup Milk
Pour the milk onto the blender first, then add the yogurt and banana and blend well. Next add the frozen strawberries, and blend one last time.
