Seems like you are facing some issues with the product you ordered from us or is there any kind of manufacturing defect? Be rest assured, our experts will help you with anything. You do not have to worry as we have an easy exchange policy. You can select a new product and get it delivered by returning the one that you have. Though it depends upon the availability of the product in the stock, we will do our best to ensure you have the best and smooth experience of ordering from MevoFit. According to our policy, if you wish to return or exchange any item purchased from mevofit.com, then it should be done within 30 days of the receipt.

We have a hassle-free return policy for our customers. If you are not satisfied with the delivered product, get in touch with our care support merchsupport@mevofit.com and we will take care of your issue. We will share the necessary steps for east returns and once the product is received by us, we will credit the amount automatically in the MevoFit Wallet which you can use for any further purchase. It can take a maximum of 15 days to get a refund once the product is received back by our team.


Limitation of Damages

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, MevoFit shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. The damages shall include without limitation, loss of profits, revenue or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition or under any other legal theory, even if MevoFit has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Note: Please make sure you are returning the correct item before you ship it out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-proprietary items.

No MevoFit distributor, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to these limited product warranties.

If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.

Terms and Conditions

1. The product should come back in its original packaging along with the invoice.

2. There should be no physical damage or abrasion of any kind to the product.

3. Items purchased under flash sale are non-returnable.

4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

5. We do not offer freight to collect service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
