HOW LONG WILL YOU TAKE IN A COMPLAINT RESOLUTION?

We will respond to your complaint within 24 hours. Besides, in order to fully resolve the complaint, we may take 3- 5 working days.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME TO DELIVER THE ORDERS?

The products are delivered across India in 3-5 days. As we use a third party delivery service, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances the shipment takes a bit more time to reach our customers. In such cases, we communicate with the delivery service partners and ask them to make the delivery as soon as possible.
