We aim to resolve your complaint within 3 - 5 working days, however, where possible we will resolve your complaint as soon as we can. Our Contact Center Associates will definitely find a solution for you. Moreover, we ensure that you’re regularly updated about the progress we are making.
If the process is taking longer than usual or we need some additional time, they will let you know the same. Your complaint will be reviewed in line with our principles and set guidelines to bring customer satisfaction and resolution of the problem once and for all.

Most commonly, our customers send us a query about the exact date of delivery. As we use a third party delivery service, sometimes due to unavoidable circumstances the shipment takes a bit more time to reach our customers. In such cases, we communicate with the delivery service partners and ask them to make the delivery as soon as possible.
