Shipping Policy

We have a FREE shipping policy within India on prepaid orders with a total invoice amount of Rs.999/-. Once you place an order, your items would be shipped within 2-3 working days. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach.

Cash on Delivery: COD is unavailable due to the current pandemic situation.

1. Delivery area coverage, timelines & charges

  • Currently, we ship within India only.
  • Shipping is Free for all our products with a minimum billing of Rs.999/- within India.
  • The delivery timelines can take 8-10 days depending on the location.
  • Sundays & Public Holidays are not generally considered working days for dispatches from our workshop, so dispatches will then take place the following day.
  • Sundays & Public Holidays are not generally considered working days for deliveries by our shipping vendors, so scheduled deliveries will then take place the following day.
  • Deliveries are attempted typically during working hours 10 am - 6 pm.

2. Shipping vendors

We have partnered with premier shipping vendors FedEx & Delhivery to deliver the product depending on the best service & availability offered to a specific pin code. However, if you have had an issue getting deliveries done through any specific shipping vendor, please let us know so we avoid sending through that shipping vendor to avoid delays.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at merchsupport@mevofit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
